​Simon spent the first 10 years of his career working as a Buyer.  He started in the Spirits category in Sainsbury's, before moving into fresh Produce and then Household Cleaners, building varied experience working across a range of branded and own label categories.

He then moved to work for the UK's #1 retailer Tesco, returning to head the Spirits category and was responsible for driving all aspects of category performance.


Passionate about using consumer, shopper & category insight to transform how businesses understand and engage their customers, Simon has spent the last 10 years leading Category and Commercial teams across FMCG and Consumer Durables to step changes in sales & profitability.

Paul Harvey, the Seller
​Paul has almost 30 years experience working in Sales, unlocking new distribution & driving growth for a range of leading UK drinks brands (one highlight being taking Brains SA Gold from regional beer to become one of the UK's top selling premium bottled ales).

Moving on from the drinks sector, Paul then enjoyed similar success in other sectors including motoring and insurance services.

His expertise in commercial strategy, P&L management & customer relationship management provide invaluable insights to help his clients thrive in today's competitive market.  
With a proven track record of success working with top retailers like Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s & Morrison’s, Paul combines entrepreneurial spirit with exceptional communication skills.
