We are passionate about using the power of Insight to transform business performance and this is the key driver of the new training & coaching programme we are building to launch later in 2024, which will be suitable for all levels.
Our goal is for our training to start paying back on your investment straight away, which means that as well as grounding you in core principles, modules will be designed using current real-life case studies and linked to day to day roles and responsibilities - so learning can be applied straight away. All of our training will be designed and delivered by subject matter experts, experienced practitioners who use the thinking and techniques in their everyday role, whilst also having proven training experience. As well as our standard courses we also offer personal coaching / mentoring and flexible, blended training specifically designed around the needs of each individual. This can be particularly valuable for key projects, where we can leverage our experience to set & support overall project direction, whilst your team can apply learnings in their day to day roles ensuring they are fully embedded over time. |
